CHARACTERISTICS:
Ham holder made in SPAIN, whose base is made from Silestone Stellar series. Its ironworks – depending on the model, the surface finish can appear in different colours – and spikes are made of stainless steel AISI-304. Thanks to its system of rotatory bushings, you can rotate the ham as much as you please without removing it from the ham holder and its folding system makes it extremely practical, as once it is folded, you can place it in its original package again. Its design allows an easy and comfortable horizontal cut, ideal for long hams. To guarantee its optimum fastening, this Ham holder includes four non-slip, silicone legs.
