Transport conditions
Transportation is free for orders superior to the following amounts:
Orders over 300€ (pre-tax) in Spain.
Orders over 600€ (pre-tax) in the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Orders over 1,500€ (pre-tax) in the Canary Islands.
We manage international shipping; the shipping costs included on the invoice will be assumed by the customer. The cost depends on the contracted transport service.
We have an express delivery service (14 – 24 hours); the shipping costs included on the invoice will be assumed by the customer.
Delivery times
Items in stock: this kind of orders are prepared immediately (24/72 hours).
Personalized items: it takes from 10 to 15 days to prepare this kind of orders, depending on the product selected and its volume. Once it is confirmed, you will receive information about the delivery time.
Please, take into account that the delivery time indicated does not include the time involved in shipment, which depends on the final destination of the goods. Do not hesitate to get in contact with us via e-mail for more detailed information and delivery times: logistica@buarfe.com
Payment methods
According to the guidelines established by the Spanish Act 15/2010, of July 5, 2010, whose purpose is “correcting imbalances and strengthening enterprise competitiveness”, BUARFE’s different payment methods are listed below:
Cash payments or bank transfers with a pro-forma invoice. These two methods offer a cash discount of 3%.
Bank transfer, which shall not exceed 15 days from invoice date. This option offers a cash discount of 2%.
Wire transfer net 30 days. This option offers a cash discount of 2%.
Wire transfer net 60 days (maximum period permitted under Spanish law).
Returns
If you wish to return goods, you should fulfil, without exception, the following prerequisites:
You can return goods within 30 days from invoice.
The item should be in stock and its original packaging should remain intact.
Returns shall be previously communicated and accepted by BUARFE, by e-mail to the following direction ventas@buarfe.com. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any assistance, we would be pleased to offer you our service.
If transport is not performed by BUARFE’s agency, return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted. Prior to returning an item, please contact us.
Once delivered at destination, if your package or pallet is damaged or broken, the customer shall reject it or document any defect observed in the pallet/package in the receipt of the transport (in a clear and understandable way, in the observations section of the questionnaire). In case you do not follow the abovementioned directions, customers assume responsibility for receiving defective or spoiled goods. If you wish to make a claim, but do not include any information in the receipt of the transport, this might lead to problems when returning the goods.
