Ham holder made in SPAIN with first quality DM wood. The hardware and skewers are made of steel with a shiny chrome surface finish. The design of the ham holder allows us to position the ham to our liking due to the practicality of its swinging system, achieving an easy and comfortable cut to make the most of the ham. The ham is held in place by means of 4 levers, achieving a safe and perfect anchorage of the ham . To prevent the ham holder from moving, we have equipped it with 4 non-slip silicone feet.
DM is a board made from wood fibers and compressed synthetic resins, which provides greater density than other materials. lt is a resistant material, and at the same time easy to work and m old. An AISl-304 stainless steel plate is included in the upper part of the ham board . lt provides a great design, elegance and durability.
