Córdoba Plus Ham Holder Base APM-500
Ham holder manufactured entirely in SPAIN, the base is made of black APM-500, the steel fittings have a shiny chrome finish and the spikes are made of acero inoxidable AISI-304. The design of the ham holder allows us to position the ham as we wish, thanks to its practical balancing system, making it easy and convenient to cut and get the most out of the ham.
Includes a conical rotating sleeve that facilitates the insertion of the ham leg into the sleeve, with two AISI-304 stainless steel spikes inside the sleeve, designed to centre the ham leg and hold it securely in place. The rotating cap system allows the ham to be rotated as many degrees as desired without having to release the spike that holds the ham leg in place. The lower V-shaped piece, where the ham rests, is designed without spikes to avoid damaging the ham, which remains perfectly secured in any position, even when the ham is turned over.
Base made of black APM-500, this polyethylene stands out for its very low moisture absorption. Its main characteristics are its rigidity, toughness and good resistance to wear and abrasion, due to its good resistance to chemicals. This material is insensitive to attack by most acids and alkalis. This material is technically compatible and meets all requirements for contact with food.
The base of the new Córdoba Plus model includes a patented 360º rotation system, thus meeting all the requirements of a professional ham holder. With minimal pressure on the handle, we can stop the rotation in the chosen position. This rotation is ideal for shaving the ham, as you do not need to move from your place to access all parts of the ham, and it is also ideal for showing the ham to the customer before slicing it.
