New stylized stainless steel AISI-304 hardware that enhances and gives prominence to the ham, designed symmetrically to customize to the taste of each user the placement of the handles to the right of the support or to the left, accompanied by the upper head and the lower vane in black PE-500 polyethylene. The parts closest to the ham are made of black PE-500 polyethylene to save the cutting edge of the knives. The cutting height is reduced by 4cm, the ideal cutting height to work comfortably.

Folding upper head with a larger diameter rotating bushing that allows us to turn the ham around without having to release the leg, including right/left movement to correct any malformation of the ham leg and with spikes inside the rotating bushing, wich allows us to firmly hold the ham leg while centeringit for subsequent turning.

Lower vane designed to avoid damaging the ham, which offers a great grip without the use of spikes, with an articuled arm that allows us to reduce the clamping distance, ideal for cutting shoulders. The articulated arm of the lower v-joint, due to its multitude of movements, allows us to make the third cut without the need to swing the support.

The new Champions Model offers us great freedom of movement, its 80º degree swing allows us to cut the ham in a vertical position and make the third cut of the ham in a comfortable and efficient way. New, more efficient 360º bushing design, with a minimum pressure on the handle we stop the rotation in the chosen position. This rotation is idealfor peeling the piece, you don’t need to move from your place to be able to acces all parts of the ham and it is also ideal for showing the ham to the customer before slicing it.
